Here is my training programm for the Marathon in Basel. It's 90 days long. I'll only post what I did as soon as I achieved it. I can't do any tempo runs because I have delicate calves (torn muscle fibre). I mostly run at a speed about 5 - 6 minutes per kilometer. A workout (1 hour) consists of 2 different exercises (4 sets) for the muscles of the upper body.
