Hail Brothers, Why do I love Manowar?

Manowar, it's really more than my religion, it’s LOVE, TRUE LOVE!!!! I respect the band and I feel a grand passion for Manowar, I listen to the kings since I'm 10 years old, I'm 26 now (I'm a Kid I know) their music takes me to the other world, the world of dreams, but also gives me strength to fight every day, in my opinion Manowar are different in every sense of the word, they always keep their faith in US they work for US, of course they work also to win money, well me too :) , but I don't imagine my life without them, and despite the fact I don't agree with everything they do I will always defend Manowar in any discussion, where people just want to push them down... I'm glad to say that every time that I start a discussion about Manowar, and I show 2 or 3 songs, people always say..."well, ... ahm... ok they are good... but.." and then comes the bla bla bla, so THANK YOU MANOWAR for being the KINGS and with only your work to reach the top... YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE!

A BIG HUG TO ALL FROM PORTUGAL!!!

Hail to all brothers around the world.

My name is Pedro and I'm from Portugal. I like Manowar since I was 12 years and first went on show was in 1998. In recent years I have tried to follow the band on their tours across Europe!!! Manowar fans are unique in the world, we are one big family!!!!! I admire Manowar for being unique in the world. Their songs give me power.

Long live the kings of metal!

The year was 1992, when the song "Metal Warriors" was played on the local radio. I already liked Heavy Metal, but as soon as that song played, I was blown away and had to listen to more and more Manowar.

The rest is history. 3 months later, I'd already owned all the original albums until then, and from that point on, every time they release an Album, Single, VHS, DVD or even a best of, I just have to collect them!

To me, Manowar is so much more than a band. It's almost (if not) a religion that reflects on my lifestyle in a way that makes feel good to be alive and proud of who I am.

You can't explain Manowar. All you can do is feel it. Feel that special feeling of knowing and understanding what the runes on my back mean:

"Die With Honor, Never Yield"!!
